Cetinje
Podgorica has not been the nation's capital for very long as that honour belonged to a small town some 30 minutes drive from the coast called Centinje. It's a nice town incorporating tree lined streets, several old embassies and a monastery. After paying my repects to the former British Embassy (Now a music school but still adorned with the coat of arms) we wandered around the town before arriving at the monastery. Here we were asked to don a white cloak before entering causing much mirth between us. Hans has about as much respect for religion as I do putting the combined percentage of respect for this pointless act at zero. Nevertheless we wandered inside to find two rooms with catholic trinkets and artwork. That's it! Confused and thirsty we headed back to the bus stop for a cake and a coke and got a bus, via Budva, to another ancient coastal town, Kotor.
