Svolvær

A tough but prompt exit from our beds landed us at the bus stop just in time for the 9am bus to Svolvær. The 3 and a half hour journey was very beautiful and reminded me of the roads around the northern coast of Madeira, only much colder! Upon arrival at our destination we headed for the tourist information office and the library for our free 30 minutes Internet access. We found a nice guesthouse about 1 click north of the town itself and checked in for the night. Deciding once again to try and cut costs, Roberto had a supermarket lasagne and I chomped on a petrol station hot dog, 2 vodka & lemondaes later and once again we were dead to the world.
